Magitrak processors represent
one of the most novel designs in photographic processors for
many years. These machines are leaderless Dry to Dry Daylight loading/operating units available in Table Top or Floor Standing versions. They will process media widths from 16mm through 320mm in Black and White, C41 Colour negative, E6 Colour positive as well as Cibachrome P5 Micrographic film. Their designs also permits simple configuration to specialist processes as directed by the customer. The Magitrak design exploits the advantages of new materials to enable the film transport system to operate magnetically. Magnets externally (connected to the solution tanks) guide a magnetic carrier internally (to which the film is attached) through the solution. Thereby reducing the amount of hardware in the tank and allowing maximum film exposure to the chemical solutions. |
